Returns Policy

We accept returns on both new and gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use toward future purchases. Only products purchased directly on elixisskin.com are eligible for return. All gift card, sheet mask, swag/books, and packaged set purchases** are final sale. Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method, or to a store credit – we are not able to refund to alternate payment methods. 

Refunds will exclude the amount of any outbound shipping costs and return label fees. If you wish to use your own shipping method to send your items to us, please include your invoice or order number in your return shipment and send us a message at info@elixisskin.com with the tracking information.

For international orders, any taxes or duties incurred against your purchase are non-refundable through Elixisskin as this is paid directly to your local customs. We can recommend reaching out to your local customs office for assistance with refunds on tax and duties collected for your returned order.

Elixisskin monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. Repeated returns behavior may lead to the closure of your Elixisskin account or future orders being refused at our discretion.

**We accept returns for Sets that are not pre-packaged in custom packaging. Sets with stand alone products can be returned to us by reaching out to our team at info@elixisskin.com to manually process your Set return. Please note that all products in a set must be returned in order to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate your return, visit our Returns Center here and enter your order number along with the email or zip code that was used for the order. Once you provide this information, you will be taken through the next steps to complete your return.

Quick tips to streamline your return:

Pack the item(s) (no original packaging necessary)

Remove any previous mailing labels from the shipping box

Drop off your package at your local USPS location or arrange a pickup here

Gift Returns

For gift orders, please select the option for “Returning a gift?” to provide the order number, shipping zip code, recipient name, and your email address.

The original purchaser will not be notified of the request and returns will be processed as store credit.

Refund Requests

If you created a return processed for store credit but wish to receive a refund or wish to send your items back using your preferred shipping method, please ship your items to:

To prevent any delays in processing your refund, please reach out to us on info@elixisskin.com with your order number and tracking information if you are sending it back for a refund after already receiving store credit.

Once received, return packages are processed within 5-10 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your payment account depending on your card issuer’s processing times.

Please note that all refunds are issued in USD so any discrepancies in the amount will be due to conversion rate at the time of processing.

If you do not see your refund within that time frame, we can recommend reaching out to your card issuer directly for further assistance.
